They are both gorgeous nail colors and can both be found in a regular nail lacquer formula, longwear formula (Infinite Shine, shown in this article) and in dip powder formula.
However there are some differences between the two colors.
So in this article we’re going to compare and contrast these two colors, and before we get started, each swatch shows:
- One coat of Infinite Shine 1 Ridge Filler Primer (the base coat)
- Two coats of Infinite Shine 2 Color
- One coat of Infinite Shine 3 Gloss (the top coat)
Infinite Shine is OPI’s 3-step system (a base, color and top coat) that offers up to 11-day wear.
Whether you choose to wear Funny Bunny or Let’s Be Friends! in Infinite Shine, the regular black cap nail lacquer, or in dip powder, the color payoff you can expect is the same across lines.
OPI Infinite Shine Funny Bunny
Funny Bunny, shown above in the Infinite Shine formula (#ISLH22), is a neutral soft white, that is designed to be sheer. You could describe Funny Bunny as a milky white color polish.
It’s great if you love white polishes, but want a gentler look, as many white nail colors reflect so much light they can be very bright.

OPI Infinite Shine Let’s Be Friends!
Let’s Be Friends!, shown in Infinite Shine formula (#HRL31), is from the Hello Kitty Collection released in 2016. It’s the only Hello Kitty polish from OPI that is in current production.
Let’s Be Friends! is an opaque white with pink undertones. As you can see above, depending on how the light hits it, Let’s Be Friends! can look more white or blush pink, but regardless, it is a white nail polish with a defined pink touch.
Let’s look at a few comparison photos below:
Funny Bunny is a sheer nail polish, Let’s Be Friends! is an opaque nail polish
Funny Bunny is a neutral white, Let’s Be Friends! is a white with a definite pink tone
Both of these colors are pretty. The question is, do you want a sheer neutral white or an opaque blush white?
