Neon Paradise is a saturated neon green nail polish that goes on in thin coats and it offers medium to full coverage. Shown in three coats, it dries quickly and is easy to apply.

China Glaze is another brand that does neon colors well and they usually release a new neon collection every summer.
Celtic Sun #1015 / 80845 is a yellow green neon that offers semi-sheer to medium coverage in 4-5 coats. For fewer coats or to increase opacity, use your favorite white nail color as your base coat; the photos above are using a clear base coat.

Thankfully, Highway Glow is one of the colors from Live Love Polish that carried over into mooncat packaging.
Highway Glow is a creamy, cool neon green and it is the most opaque of all three in this article. Highway Glow dries quickly and it’s easy to apply.
