Starrily Nail Polish Review
Updated 2024.07.08
Starrily is an independent nail polish brand that has been trending on Google recently, but they’re one of the first brands I invested into when I began expanding my nail polish collection.
Here are a few great things to love about Starrily:
They’re made in America (Cleveland, OH)
They’re cruelty free and vegan
They use clean ingredients
Their packaging is well done; every polish comes in its own branded box, the boxes are wrapped in individual bubble wrap, which is then wrapped in gift tissue paper and placed snugly inside a box.
Every Starrily bottle contains 15mL of formula, giving you a generous amount of polish to work with in your nail art.
They’re most well known for their glittering, special effect polishes and unique collections.
They also create limited edition collections, which is important to note if you enjoy buying and selling goods. My first Starrily Collection was the Chemistry of Love Collection and while all polishes are now out of stock, you can find them holding their resale value on the collector market.
In fact, when I have attempted to sell parts of my self-purchased collection in bundles, the Starrily shades have commanded the highest demand in those exchanges.
All that to say, Starrily collectors exist and if you purchase nail polishes as art pieces with the hope that their value may increase over time, you have an opportunity for that with this brand.
Since I became a nail blogger, Starrily has sent me polishes to share with you, including the colors below.
Unwritten
Shown in 3 coats, Unwritten is a tribute to the resilience of the heart, ever ready to write a new chapter. This is a light and creamy warm peach with a lovely formula; it’s self leveling and it dries quickly.
This one is super flattering on the nails and I would consider it work friendly. If you enjoy light peach nail colors, you’ll love this one.
Puppy Love
Shown in 2 coats, Puppy Love is a light pink nail with a glow. This light, cool pink with mauve undertones and blue micro glitters represents the enthusiastic and naive optimism of new love.
This is another work appropriate shade, and it gives a delicate feminine touch to your look.
Shattered Mirage
Shattered Mirage is a shimmering purple with pink and gold glitters that was created as tribute to the dreamers and bold adventurers who chase after the glistening visions on the horizon.
It represents the reality that sometimes, when you arrive at the coveted dream, all may not be what it first seemed, though the journey getting there was still fun.
This sparkling lavender purple celebrates everyone who continues to seek love’s beauty even if having it isn’t ultimately what you thought it would be.
In addition to Starrily’s unique and shimmering shades, they’re also really poetic copywriters.
Each shade comes with an in-depth explanation of the color, including where the inspiration for the shade comes from. It really allows you to have a closer connection to the color and the collection it’s in.
All in all, Starrily is a brand to keep your eye on, especially if you like unique glitter finishes, bigger bottles and a commitment to cleaner beauty.
