OPI Kanpai OPI!
Shown in 2 coats, this is a dusty periwinkle blue cream with gray undertones. It has a nice formula that provides a smooth, even finish with very little effort.

Shown in 3 coats, this shade is from the 2013 Euro Centrale Collection. It's a clean, crisp bright blue that is very much a spring shade.
