They sell virtually anything and everything you could need for your life, including beauty products like press on nails.
One of the reasons why we love Temu is because the pricing of their press on nails starts at just pennies on the dollar. Since press on nails are disposable items you typically wear once and never again, it really helps the hobby budget - Temu press ons keep the costs down as low as possible.
The other main reason we love the Temu press ons is because they come in so many different fun designs and shapes.
- Press On Fingernails
- Press On Toenails
- Handmade/Handcrafted Press Ons (typically fingernail only)
The regular press on fingernails and toenails come with 24 nail options for you to size to your nail. These regular Temu press on fingernails and toenails are on the thinner side, so they look more natural to the nail bed.
The handmade nails are thicker, sturdier, and often have 3D designs.
Temu handmade press ons come with just 10 nail sizes, and the choice between a small, medium or large set. You’ll have to measure to your nail size before you buy for the best fit.
To identify the handmade sets, you’ll see words like Handmade or Handcrafted in the listing. They come on cardboard with 10 nail sizes, made for your left or right hand. They’re also usually more expensive and range on average from $3-10 a set, compared to the pennies to dollars pricing of the regular press ons.
In the packaging, the regular press on fingernails and toenails come in flat rectangular boxes, sent loose in the carrier bag. The handmade sets are more carefully wrapped; they often come bubble wrapped or in plastic cases.
There are alot of different press on nail manufacturers on Temu, so there is variation in what comes with each set. Some sets come with accessories like adhesive tabs and a cuticle stick or mini file, some sets come with just the nails themselves.
Because the Temu Nails are available from a variety of manufacturers, we suggest ordering a few nail sets from different vendors. Once they arrive, decide which maker’s nails and accessory options fit your needs the best and bookmark that manufacturer to order future sets from.
Now let's look at a few Temu Press On Nail Sets.
Starting with the regular press on fingernails, then a set of press on toenails, then finally, the handmade press ons.
Froggy Style Manicure Set in Medium Almond
This exact set is limited edition; some Temu manufacturers only produce a few of one design at a time, so if you see something you love, check-out right away. As during sales, styles will go out of stock whilst still in your cart.
That said, there are many froggy style press ons on Temu!
Celestial Pink Clouds Manicure Set in Medium Almond
A crowd pleaser - I received a lot of compliments on this set!
Evil Eye Press On Manicure Set in Medium Almond
This set is striking and you can leave the evil eye pattern out as I did for a more Greek Isles look.
White Reflective Manicure Set in Medium Almond
This set is sheerer than what the listing shows, yet it has a beautiful blue flash and you can use it as a base for other nail art.
Rainbow French Tip Pedicure Set
If you have large big toenails, this set fits!
I recommend getting just a few toenail sets to see if the big nails fit you before diving into a mega haul. Not all manufacturer’s big toenails fit me, but some manufacturer’s sets did.

Handmade Aqua Waves Manicure Set in Medium Almond
This set is amazing! I did not want to take it off and got compliments on it. It’s more stiletto than almond, though very sturdy and they last for a long time.
For best results in sizing handcrafted sets, measure your nails using the measurement guide in each handmade nail’s listing photos. Based on your own nail’s measurements, choose a small, medium or large set when you order.
To do it the lazy girl way: rather than measuring all your nails, order the size based on your thumbnail measurement and don’t bother measuring all your other nails.
Measure both thumbnails, in case they’re different sizes, and if you’re in between sizes, size up. You can always file down a larger nail to fit; you can’t make a small nail bigger.
How To Put On Press On Nails From Temu
Clean your nail bed and lightly buff the surface of your natural nail. Get out a cuticle stick, cotton pad and nail glue. Open your nail set and size each press on nail to each one of your natural nails, laying the sized nails out in front of you until you have all 10 nails selected.
Work one nail at a time and apply a bead of glue to the cuticle line on the back of the press on nail and on your natural nail. Align the press on nail to your natural nail’s cuticle line and gently press the press on nail down to your nail at a 45 degree angle and lower in place. Hold the nail in place for 15-20 seconds.
Using a cuticle stick, swipe up any glue from the edges of the nail, and either apply the excess glue to your next nail or wipe it on the cotton pad. Move onto your next nail.
I like to work from my pinky nail inward, doing my thumbnails last. Avoid getting your hands in water for at least 1 hour after application to give the glue time to fully set.
If you’re having trouble applying the press on toenails due to their small size, I find using a spare eyebrow tweezer to hold the nail in place while it dries works well.
Do Temu Press Ons Come With Glue?
No. None of the Temu Press On Sets I’ve tried yet has come with glue. Some sets just come with the nails, other sets come with accessories like adhesive tabs, a cuticle stick or mini file. Because there are so many manufacturers on Temu, there is no set standard for what their press on nails come with.
I suggest having some glue and other press on applying accessories on hand, like a cuticle stick, when using Temu nails. Then, if you get the accessories, great, you can incorporate them, but if not, oh well, your life isn’t dependent on it.
My favorite glues for press ons are thicker in viscosity, like Dashing Diva fastbond.
Can You Shower With Press On Nails?
Yes! These press on nails, along with all press on nails we’ve tested so far, are water resistant. However, be mindful of soaking in baths or hot tubs, as soaking nails in hot, soapy/treated water can lift and remove the nails.
How Long Should You Keep Press On Nails On?
For best results, you can usually wear your press on nails for about 7 days. You can wear them longer and I have worn them for up to 2 weeks, however, once you start to notice your press on nail lifting from the natural nail, it’s best to remove the nails.
This is to avoid water getting in between your nail and the artificial nail, which opens the door for the potential of developing a fungal or bacterial growth.
The Temu press on nails I’ve tried last as long, if not longer, than some mainstream brands I’ve tested. I’ve been impressed by the quality of the Temu press on nails, especially the handmade press on nails.
Using a thick gel-like glue to adhere the nails, I’ve gotten 7-10 days of wear before I’m ready for my new set. Some sets I could’ve worn longer, because they were not chipping or lifting at all yet, but I needed a visual change and was excited to try other sets.
All in all, Temu press on nails, whether you do the regular nails or the handmade, are a great value and a perfect way to dip your toes into the world of press ons while maintaining your other budgeting goals.
Then search “press on nails,” “press on toenails” or “handmade nails” and have fun!
